Homefolk Privacy Policy

Homefolk helps families share household notes, tasks, letters, storage records, and simple household finance records. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as email address, display name, password hash, language preference, and avatar.
- Family space content you choose to create, including notes, tasks, letters, storage items, ledger entries, and invitation records.
- Subscription entitlement status if you choose to upgrade through Apple in-app purchase.
- Device and app information needed to operate the service, such as device tokens for notifications and basic server logs.
How We Use Information
We use this information to provide the app, keep each family space private to its members, sync content across devices, deliver app notifications, support subscriptions, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and respond to privacy or support requests.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate Homefolk, when required by law, or when you choose to share content with members of your family space.
Your Choices
You can update profile information in the app. You can request data export or account deletion from Settings & Privacy in the app, or contact support using the support page below.
Children
Homefolk is intended for family household organization and is not directed to children under 13 as an independent account service.
